Cancellation Policy

Please read before your appointment: Patch Test: A patch test is required 48 hours before lash lifts, lash tints and brow tints. If this hasn’t been done, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Alcohol Policy: For safety and insurance reasons, no alcohol within 24 hours of your treatment. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the appointment cannot go ahead and will be treated as a late cancellation. Retinol / Exfoliants: Please avoid retinol, retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, scrubs and exfoliants for 5–7 days before any brow waxing or shaping to prevent skin lifting or irritation. Waxing Before-Care: – Avoid sunbeds or heavy sun exposure for 48 hours – Do not use fake tan on the area 24–48 hours before – Keep the area clean, no heavy creams or oils – 4 weeks hair growth for waxers - At least 3 weeks growth for shavers Cancellation Policy: Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. – Less than 48 hours: booking fee/50% charge – Same-day cancellations & no-shows: full fee – Arriving 10+ minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be carried out Before Your Appointment: – Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes/brows – No waterproof mascara for 48 hours – Avoid caffeine, sunbeds, steam/sauna & swimming for 24 hours – Remove contact lenses before lash lifts - Exfoliate 48hrs before your waxing appointment Thank you for your understanding and for helping appointments run smoothly 💛
